At Genuine Fred, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
